Arrival & Pickup Information

Once you advise us of your flight arrival details, we will arrange for you to be collected by either your Homestay family, your Agent, Shore Shuttles, or a Hobsonville Point Secondary School staff member. 

If you are being collected by your Homestay, Agent or school staff, they will be waiting in the public arrival area.  When you arrive at Auckland airport go through Customs with your luggage. As you walk through the automatic arrival gate, turn left and you will see the public arrival area. Please look for a sign with your name on it. 

If you are getting picked up by Shore Shuttles look out for their sign and please follow their meeting instructions which is: Turn left as you enter the arrivals hall - a driver will be waiting just before Spark Phone Shop.

IMPORTANT: If you get lost, please wait at the Spark Phone Shop as you come through the arrival gate. Someone will come and find you. Do not leave the arrivals area.
